Hmm this style really lacks that vibrancy that is in your other pictures, which is an aspect i like about your style. And i really don't know what but something about her head bugs me, might just be me though I am not an artist myself so i can't quite identify what is bugging me.

This is still a nicely done picture though, i think if tightened up it would look really good with a nice sort of realistic and gritty feel to it.

The spell circles luminous effect is really cool, i didn't notice it at first mistaking it for clouds lol.

And is the B/W for black and white? cause this picture is colored luls.
